Company History
First 4 Life is a small family run business founded by Colin Davies. The business started in Camberley in Surrey, but has since relocated to West Yorkshire (but not restricted to that area, we still cover the South as well as the North of England and Wales). This relocation offers a more central UK based location, allowing the opportunity to cover more areas.
'Col' as he prefers to be known, comes from a military background, having served a full career in the Army. With a vast amount of experience in training others, Col is committed to Continual Professional and Personal Development at all levels, with a strong belief in Values Based Leadership. Col started the business out of a passion for the outdoors and the desire to teach and develop others, through learning from his life experiences. The business has a small team of other highly qualified and experienced professionals, working together to increases the scope and range of what First 4 Life can offer.
